Khandaker Partners And Co Initiates Coverage On Lara Exploration

Lara Exploration ("Lara" or the "Company") (LRA-TSX.V) is pleased to announce it has hired Khandaker Partners & Co. ("Khandaker") to prepare and distribute independent research on the Company.

Khandaker is a Wall Street based independent equity research firm specialized in identifying world class companies in the United States and global emerging markets with significant near term and long term growth opportunities. It is focused on companies in the metals and mining, energy, technology, healthcare, media-communications, industrials, and consumer industries that will significantly outperform their respective peer group in 24 to 48 months.

Under the agreement, Khandaker will receive a fee of US$22,000 for one-year coverage, which includes an initial report and three quarterly updates. Neither Khandaker nor any of its employees hold any interest in Lara, nor do they have a right to acquire such interest. This agreement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
