Miles Thompson, BSc (Hons)
Chairman, President & CEO
Miles is an exploration geologist, with over 30 years’ experience working on natural resource projects around the globe, including precious and base metals, industrial minerals, oil & gas and renewable energy. He is a co-founder of Lara Exploration, Reservoir Capital (REO.V) and Reservoir Minerals (RMC.V). Miles and his team at Reservoir Minerals were winners of the Thayer Lindsley Award at the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada in 2016 for the world class Cukaru Peki copper-gold discovery in Serbia, with the company acquired by Nevsun for US$513m later the same year. Prior to founding Lara in 2006, Miles was Manager of Business Development at Gold Fields Exploration, where his responsibilities included working on joint ventures and acquisitions in the Americas, Africa and Eurasia.
Steve Yuzpe, CFA

Most recently, Mr. Yuzpe was the President and Chief Financial Officer of The Fertility Partners Inc. (“TFP”), a private company regarded as a world-class business partner for leading North American In-Vitro Fertilization clinicians. Before joining TFP, Steve served as Senior Managing Director at Sprott Inc. and President and Chief Executive Officer of Sprott Resource Holdings Inc. He has 30 years of experience in executive and financial management with public and private corporations. Over his career, he has developed specific expertise in financings, restructurings, financial and internal reporting, strategic development and business planning, corporate governance, investor relations, regulatory compliance, and treasury management. Mr. Yuzpe is also involved with Fertility Matters Canada, the national organization that helps all Canadians reach their reproductive health hopes and dreams by providing support, awareness, education, and advocating for equitable access to fertility care. Mr. Yuzpe also served on the Board of Save the Children Canada, a charity focused on youth at risk. He was previously the Treasurer, a member of the Executive Committee, and a member of the Board of Directors of Street Kids International for more than 10 years. Mr. Yuzpe holds a Bachelor of Science, Engineering (Mechanical) degree from Queen's University, the Professional Engineering designation (P.Eng.), and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business in London, Ontario. Mr. Yuzpe is a CFA charter holder and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Chris Jones is an experienced professional chartered accountant, business valuator, Chief Financial Officer and financial advisor. His significant experience, keen strategic insight and ability to form partnerships with his clients lead to the ultimate goal of increasing their net worth while achieving significant corporate growth. His diverse experience enables him to offer unique solutions for maximum success and profitability.Chris is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Licensed Public Accountant (LPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV). As the youngest Partner at Williams & Partners, he advises on complex taxation strategies, growth strategies, cash flow management, financing strategies, wealth management, and succession planning. Chris advises several private equity firms on acquisition targets and appropriate due diligence requirements highlighting key risk areas and maximizing target potential while serving as an advisor to high-net worth clients and families. Chris has served as CFO to several mid-market companies. He is the CFO of both AGTA Home Health Care and Bloom Care Solutions. He currently acts as Audit Committee Chair for Lara Exploration Ltd.
